Description
InSource is seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in Infrastructure and Data Center, server and data consolidation for assignment in England. This project is approximately 10 months but could go 18 - 24 months. ? Coordinate with Vendor and Client Network Program Managers. ? Senior project manager position supporting the Managed Services Program Office. ? Coordination with International projects via Program Management Organization. ? Project Management for all EU, Mid East and Africa related work. ? Experience in: o IT Infrastructure and Data Center Project Management o Server and Data Consolidation Project Management ? Determine Scope, Workload and Resource Requirements to manage EU project. ? Create and manage integrated project plan across all tracks of work, and for vendors. ? Proactive identification and management of all dependencies and critical path items, including bottlenecks and near-term deliverables. ? Manage project schedule by planning and tracking projects and resource trends, risks, issues, technologies and solution, with appropriate escalations. ? Produce periodic program status reports and business reviews, and project dashboard. ? Manage program level risks and issues, and program level change controls. ? Interface with Client Support Center, Vendors, and Country Coordinators and Project Managers to ensure successful program delivery. ? Implement best practices methodology and mechanisms for project cost accounting & ongoing administration, aligned with client standards. This position requires international travel.

Requirements:

Required skills: ? 5 plus years experience as a senior Project Manager with experience in Infrastructure and Data Centers. ? Knowledge of IT industry standards: o application project methodologies o quality management o Project Management principles, methods, techniques and tools for the effective management of projects. ? Project Management tools: o MS Project o Primavera ? Budget Management: o Principles, methods and techniques for the preparation and monitoring of budgets. ? Program Management: o Principles, methods and techniques for the effective management of a program of projects and related activities to achieve planned business benefits. ? International work experience ? Spanish or Portuguese language skills a plus. ? This position requires international travel.df-tc
