We are currently seeking a Project Manager for our client in Thousand Oaks, CA:
Responsibilities - prior project management in a healthcare organization, excellent communication skills, ability to work in matrix organization, close interaction with business user. Ability to effectively communicated business requirements, alternative solutions and limitations to diverse business and technical audiences are critical. Additionally the ability to actively manage multiple, concurrent projects and diverse resources, each with its own set of milestones and deadlines is essential. df-tc

Experience/Skills
Preferred - PMP certification, experience with Microsoft Web technologies and datawarehousing reports.
Skills :
Experience with one or more Telephone Technologies: Aspect, Genesys, Cisco, Avaya and Edify IVR.
Experience with Avaya Switch reporting, Genesys InfoMart Reporting or data warehouse report development.
Experience in Call Center Data Analysis and developing report cards for Call Center KPI's
Experience in one or more of the following: Business Objects, Brio, Crystal Reports, Database (DB2, Oracle, Teradata), Perl, Unix
