Our direct client located in Northern County, NJ a LONG TERM contract assignment for a Sr. Project Manager. Great company and work environment. Work closely with project sponsors to understand the objectives of the initiative and the processes for implementation. ? Develops detail requirements (project plan) to satisfy client needs and achieve objectives. ? Establishes a budget and implementation timeline for the initiative. ? Ensures that all resources needed for the project are secured. ? Develops and uses collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of the work plan. ? Monitors and reports on progress toward project plan. Ensures timely completion of work within budget and with high quality standards. ? Facilitates team meetings. ? Manages all communications for the project team. Clearly conveys information and ideas through various media to individuals or groups that helps them understand and influences them to take action. ? Handles contingencies and resolves problems appropriately. ? Establishes a course of action to ensure that work is completed efficiently and reported on in accordance with firm standards. Creating: ?
