Description
The client is undergoing a large project to replace their current clinical and financial systems. They are working on an enterprise wide database that holds all the patient information, current and historical. The system that they are implementing is a product from Siemens, called Soarian. This Project Manager will work closely with other PMs that are each responsible for a certain aspect of the system (i.e. clinical, billing, imaging, etc.) throughout the life cycle of the project to make sure that they meet their release date and to coordinate between the different groups. This person must have a strong understanding of the full SDLC, be experienced writing project plans, and have 5-10 years PM experience.

Requirements:

- 10 years experience in Information Systems with a proven track record managing complex IT projects. - 5-7 years project management experience in a large multi-divisional corporation - Proven knowledge of PM methodolgies - Proven organizational and planning skills - Proven experience in operational IT environment - PMO knowledge and experience - Experience with PM tools and best practices - Experience with application development and software development life cycle methodologies. Desired: - Experience implementing clinical systems - PMP - Experience working with nurses, doctors, vendors, etc. Desired: Experience with clinical systems implementations. Candidates should have worked on projects to develop and design, or adapt clinical systems and understand clinical workflow and protocol.df-tc
