Description
PM: Project Management Large company, located in northern New Jersey, is currently looking for ProjectManager with at least 5+ years of project management experience managingprojects of various cost and complexity. PMI Certification is a plus. Candidate for the position must posses the following: - experience with management of Internet based applications; - in depth knowledge of Project Management methods,scheduling and planningtools(familiarity with MS-Project or equivalent tools for managing project cost andschedule); - good background in PMI (familiarity with PMI projectmanagement philosophies and nomenclature is a must); - experience in Advanced Risk Management; - experience in Change Management skills; - experience in Business analysis (ability to analyzebusiness requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions); - experience in Requirements analysis and documentation; - experience in the development, application, and monitoringof program/project planning and management standards, processes, andmeasurement criteria as well as inter-program and inter-department dependenciesfor time, staff, equipment and other resources; - proven experience coordinating all aspects of IT productdelivery including architecture, hardware and application software, networks(LAN/WAN) and internet; - significant experience in directly managing all phases ofmulti-faceted IT projects including planning, budget development, resourcemanagement, communications, and results measurement; -experience in facilitating the development of project proposals, definition ofrequirements, preparation of project planning and initiation materials (i.e.,timeline, budget, risks/issues.), maintenance of project work plans via projectportfolio management tool; - must have previous experience managing web development projectsand roles - designers - java developers - data architects - etc.df-tc
