Project Manager

BearingPoint is seeking an Program Manager to join our team to support software development activities in our Global Development Center in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Support and leading application development and systems implementations for a wide range of BearingPoint projects
- Develop, nurture, and maintain relationships with staff and other teams
- Mentoring of junior staff members
- Manage workload and assignments across multiple teams across multiple time zones and geographic locations
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Understand and able to manage to the contractual terms of a project
- Able to set and manage client expectations
- Able to effectively qualify new prospects and lead sales processes

Required Skills:
- Previous experience as a technical team lead
- Previous experience in leading software development efforts including ERP implementations
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desired Skills
- Knowledge of standard modeling techniques (UML, DFD, TRG, IDEFX) and software development lifecycle tools (Rational, Borland)
