Description
The Project Manager is responsible for implementing and supporting multiple applications to support the customer care needs of the Lightspeed initiative. This Project Manager position would be responsible and accountable for one or more small to large project(s) using the EXPRESS project management process. The key focus areas of these positions are project planning, scheduling, coordinating, tracking and monitoring project activities throughout the SDLC, including project requirements, design, development, test and implementation. This position will also manage project budget, scheduling, status, issues, change management, risks, jeopardies and escalations. This position may work with client organizations and serve as the liaison in the planning and implementation of assigned projects. Lastly, this position will support the development team in adopting EXPRESS processes and deliverables.

Required Degrees/Majors/Accreditations/Skills:
3-5 years of project management experience. BS Degree or equivalent professional experience. Expert proficiency in the following software packages: MS Office (all applications), MS Project, eVista ProjectView, EXPRESS. Excellent communication, facilitation and negotiation skills are required.

Desired Degrees/Majors/Accreditations/Skills:
PMI Certification experience with software infrastructure projects. Previous experience with Amdocs products and/or with the SBC Enterprise Integration Architecture.df-tc
