Client Project Manager
Job Requirements
Manage the installation and training of company software and interactive delivery products for specified customers.
Coordinate with company IT support specialist who installs software and trains technicians
Coordinate with the Clinical Application Educator who standardizes training tools across all customers
Train the customer (trainers and end-users, as needed), working with the company educator(s).
Training on the standardized use of the company software.
Training on the standardized use of view-only and interactive software tools
Training on the configurable use of interactive software tools
Follow up with the customer to assure competency of users and satisfaction of the customer Communicate feedback to company that will help in the evolution of training tools and installation procedures.
Work closely with the Manager of Strategic Accounts assigned to each customer to assure a smooth hand-off at project completion.
Five or more years of Project Management experience, involving IT installation and training
Follows Project Management Best Practices while creating required project documents, i.e. scope documents, project plans, communication plans and other required documents.
Project Managers will be managing customer implementation projects from beginning through the implementation stage.
Oversees/coordinates all aspects of project and serves as project manager between clients, systems, and other departments while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Manages the integration of vendor tasks, and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
Prior experience in client implementations preferably within Healthcare domain
Prior experience implementing a clinical documentation application in either a hospital or vendor role
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
Hospital Software Implementation experience
Working knowledge of hospitals and health plans (internal structure, culture, workflow, vocabulary)

Qualifications:
Bachelors level degree required Business-related or management-related graduate level degree preferable
Health care experience required
Experience in project management (certification PMP, PMI), involving IT installation and training
Ability to establish credibility with clinical customers and clinical trainees
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Evidence of high quality products
Evidence of ability to engage and educate customers
Evidence of professional approach to assignments: responsible, efficient, effective, ethical
