Project Manager

Job Scope
* Provide project, technical and business leadership to project team.
* Framework and acrchitecture design and direction
* ScrumMaster
- Conduct daily scrum meetings
- Project backlog ready for SCRUM team can estimate point value of item
- Work with Product Owner and UI team to define product backlog
- Ensure that Scrum values, practices, and rules are enacted and enforced
- Represent management and the team to each other
* Monitors Sprint progress daily
* Identify and institute product owner
* Works with development leadership team to form Scrum Teams
* Facilitates the development/agreement/negotiation of the Sprint Backlog

Requirements:
MBA, PMP certification or equivalent, CSM
5yrs .net, 2 years PM with SCRUM/Agile
Skills and Knowledge: SCRUM, Agile, .Net, C# Visual studio, HTML, UML, IIS, MS SQL

Abilities:
Enthusiastic, Communication must be solid, both written and orally
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and outside contacts. A good mentor or coach. Not afraid to contribute, good problem solving, provide technical leadership.df-tc
