Position Description: The Project Manager leads technical teams in the areas of application development and infrastructure in one or more phases from project inception to delivery. The PM is responsible for overall project strategy, user interface and technology, and develops project plans, deliverables and schedules, and to ensure the teams are meeting proposed milestones and goals. The PM is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the completion of a variety of internal and external projects that together lead to the successful deployment of software, hardware, database, or enterprise products and services. The PM identifies procedures for implementation, coordinates project plans, works with ancillary groups, and has full financial and operational accountability for each project managed.

Looking for a Sr. Project Manager who has a proven track record of leading and successfully landing multi year/multi million dollar IT projects. This resource must have comprehensive PM skills, be well versed in Clarity & MS Office suite, and have in-depth knowledge of the Rational Unified Process. This resource must be an excellent communicator (written and verbal), seen as a strong visionary, and possess ability to implement practical and cost-effective solutions. Must have flexible and influential communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management (Executive Management, Business / Product Owners, end-users, IT infrastructure and development staff, and suppliers) providing anything from status updates to strategy documents. Automotive industry, logistics, supply chain knowledge and experience preferred. The PM should be technically adept to confirm quality of technical deliverables and business savvy to accurately assess and capture business needs and customer requirements.
