Requirements/Background Experience:

What is important with this position is that someone can come in and have a through understanding of documentation and business objectives (build project plans, dash board, target dates, etc) The what, when, why and how of project management.

They have tons of process but no documentation, so this is an excellent opportunity to really come in and make a name for yourself.

Technical Requirements:

- Three years experience working on successful Web implementation projects.
- For one of the positions: PMP Certified if they do not have a certification but working towards the PMP they will consider that. (Must find out details if do not have a PMM cert yet, where they are in the process, how many classes they have taken, how much longer to complete, etc)
- Strong knowledge of contemporary Web coding standards including HTML, XHTML and Java. (This position does not require coding, but must understand and have knowledge of the technology).
- Working knowledge of XML and data management.
- Proven ability to quickly understand new systems.
- Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - Experience with Microsoft Project and Excel.
- Understanding of reporting and management requirements including dashboard creation

Desired:
- Experience with consumer online advertising, including publishers, a plus.

Job Description:
The Company, a leading Internet marketing company, has an opening for a project manager. This position will oversee and report on the implementation of key sites that are the revenue generating initiatives for The Company. It will also support the maintenance and evolution of existing project management programs.

Typical projects are direct to consumer product sites that include distribution to Internet Publishers and can include integration of third party systems. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Web publishing technologies and proven experience in managing the implementation of online solutions.

This is a hands-on position that will also require strong communication and organization skills. Attention to detail and ability to deliver on deadlines are essential. Experience in managing multiple and different project types are important. A background that includes knowledge of Internet site development and creative development is helpful, as well as an ability to understand and document business objectives included in offers.

The project manager will work closely with The Company creative department, the business owners and the IT department, as well as our vendor representatives to bring projects to success. Tracking and reporting are key responsibilities of the position. This position will report directly to the head of Operations.
