CDI has an exciting job opportunity waiting for you! We are looking for exceptional people to help us grow! We currently have an immediate need for a Project Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES: In conjunction with the Director - PMO, the Project Manager =E2=80=93 PMO defines and develops enterprise-wide IT project/program management practices, governance standards, processes and metrics. Ensures projects/programs are defined, tracked and communicated in a consistent and effective manner. Incorporates effective change, budget, issues, deliverables, timeline, scope and risk management controls. Partners with IT and business leadership and other key stakeholders to define opportunities, identify and prioritize initiatives based on predefined criteria (return on investment, productivity, compliance).

DESCRIPTION: Accountable for on-time, within budget and quality delivery of all projects. Builds, directs, and mentors a team of project managers, project leaders, business analysts, and other project management staff. Defines and develops enterprise-wide IT project/program management practices, governance standards, processes and metrics. Provide project management leadership for strategic initiatives as assigned which includes the development of project plans, coordinating activities of the project teams, managing and facilitating project meetings and work sessions, providing financial and operational analysis, maintaining appropriate project documentation, project reporting, and issue escalation Ensures projects / programs are defined, tracked and communicated in a consistent and effective manner. Incorporates effective project, change and risk management controls. Partners with IT and business leadership and other key stakeholders to define opportunities, to identify and prioritize initiatives based on predefined criteria (return on investment, productivity, compliance). Establish a strategy of continuous risk management that enables proactive decisions and actions throughout the project life cycle and create an environment to support it where the project team has visible, measurable, and repeatable processes for managing these risks.
Works with business leadership, IT and other key stakeholders to prepare business case justifications for proposed initiatives.
Responsible for ensuring all work products and project tasks are delivered on time, within budget and to an agreed quality level.

REQUIREMENTS: Four-year college degree. Five to eight years relevant work experience. SAP experience and PMO certification are highly preferred. Possess strong knowledge for project and process management best practices i.e. PMBOK. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, under tight deadlines, often with competing priorities and complexities.df-tc
