Experience/Skills
Must have 3-5 years of experience overseeing application support services projects, including initial transition, maintenance of support service levels, and continuance improvement initiatives.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and cross team collaboration skills.

Knowledge and use of Microsoft-s SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodology and documentation requirements.

Must have good computer skills such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.

MS Project, SharePoint, MSE or similar issue tracking applications.
