Description
Our client, The Guzman Group, is urgently recruiting a Project Manager for software development.

Responsibilities:
Will manage and lead a software development team working on an application for testing network equipment.

* Proven ability to manage a group of 5-10 developers both on- and off-site.
* Knowledge of C/C++, Middleware, GUI development, basic networking technology as well as good software design skills.
* C# knowledge a plus.
* Candidate must be proactive, able to handle most day to day and future planning independently.
* Must have a successful track record of managing and growing a development team.
* A minimum of 3 years in development and 2 years in a management role.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with sales, product marketing and customer support.
* A strong ability to track development projects, perform design reviews, as well as prioritize critical customer support issues.
