Project Description:

** 2-3 years **
A full time Project Manager (PM) experienced in process improvements, project management and optionally strong in TIBCO knowledge to manage two groups of consultants.
The PM will provide the following functions:
* Interface with the Client's management on a daily basis for priority validation and future work assignments
* Report weekly and monthly status and issues and resolutions to the Client and Ajilon management (PD and DM/district)
* Monitor, manage and report periodically on service levels to the Client and Ajilon management
* Manage daily work loads of consultants and ensure off hours support structure
* Provide onsite Ajilon Mgmt functionality over all consultants.df-tc

Experience/Skills
Skills preferred include:
* Database technology: - Oracle, SQL Server, or comparable knowledge (either worked in it or managed dba's.)
* Development tools: - Knowledge of or worked with or managed teams using C#/.NET, Java, Visual Basic, and Web Services
* PM tools: - MS Project, MS Office, SDLC / CMM
***Additional skills, optional but great to have for the PM position.
* Integration Tools: TIBCO IM, TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO RV (Rendevous), TIBCO Hawk
* Reporting Tools: Business Objects and Microsoft reporting services
***The PM will be charged with overseeing/performing the following. So they should be familiar with or at least understand.
* Provide support, break-fix, and development services for The Client's Team database and data and application integration components. The Client's Team is the energy trading business unit of the Client and is a 24 x 7 operation with a heavy dependence on information technology and high data quality.
