The Project Manager, Product Line Management, manages projects throughout all stages of the project lifecycle from project initiation to rollout, training, and project close. This individual will serve as liaison between technical and non-technical departments in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met. Responsibilities include project planning, project tracking, establishing business and functional requirements, quality assurance, risk management, training, and implementation. The Project Manager ensures projects are completed that meet desired scope, quality, and time expectations. A typical workload will require actively managing 2-8 projects at any given time based on project scope and magnitude. Roughly 10% travel, both domestic and international, will be required in this position.

Qualifications:

·    3 plus years of Project Management experience. Experience within a technology driven organization with broad organizational knowledge and specific functional knowledge in areas of development, quality assurance, and IT is preferred. 

·    Proficiency in Microsoft software applications including MS Project. 

·    Knowledge of PM methodology, tools, and techniques

·    Demonstrated knowledge of the software development lifecycles and methodologies.

·    Ability to quickly gain customers’ trust, build relationships, and instill confidence.

·    Ability to understand business needs and drivers with full understanding of the customer’s perspective

·    Excellent problem solving, communication, and documentation skills.

·    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.

·    Experience interviewing business sponsors and other stakeholders to gather and document project requirements into functional specifications to include:  objectives for the project; business and functional requirements, page/process flows, success metrics and use cases.

Education:

·    Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.

·    PMP Certification preferred.
