Skills/Qualifications:
1. Well-versed in project management methodology.
2. Prefer candidates to have experience managing infrastructure/data center-type projects.
3. Must have several large/complex IT-related projects successfully completed - application development, infrastructure, both.
4. Proven to have successfully managed projects that span multiple IT groups.
5. Prefer candidates have experience with managing projects already underway - Initiation, Planning near completion. Requires candidate to quickly adjust to current status/issues.
6. Prefers high-stress/high workload to very structured environment.
7. Can quickly adapt to new assignments and being pulled from existing.
8. Any technical/programming experience a plus.
9. Excellent communication - verbal and written - skills.
10. Excellent time management skills.
11. Comfortable communicating at all levels within organization.
12. MS Project Plan proficient.
13. Detailed oriented.
14. Requires little direction; however, comfortable bringing issues to management attention as soon as known.
