Description
Title: Techno-Functional Project Manager

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Duration: 6 month contract to hire

Rate: Varies with experience

Type of clearance required:
NACLC or higher, Common Access Card (CAC)

Performance Profile / Position Description:
Functional/Technical knowledge of ETL, Data Warehouse, Data Collection, relational databases and analytics (tools and architecture).
Individual should be familiar with systems development and requirements gathering, transaction-processing systems, and SQL language.
Knowledge of federal government accounting is preferred.

Descriptipon
-3-5 years of requirements gathering, project management and software development methodology/life-cycle management experience.

-Strong grasp of transaction-processing systems, data warehousing, relational databases, software testing, data-flow diagrams and the systems development life-cycle.

-Functional knowledge of the Cognos suite of tools or other comparable BI tools.

-A working knowledge of DoD Financial Management systems and processes, and Defense Accounting is highly desirable.df-tc
