Ajilon Consulting has an opening for a Project Manager in Colorado Springs. Must have experience working with users and supporting IT development in defining, building and delivering IT solutions. Experience must be with the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with understanding of various technologies and platforms such as web, client/server and mainframe. entity relationship diagrams and relational database concepts and object oriented methodologies. The candidate must work closely with lead architects and analysts to develop assessments and project phasing. The candidate will work with development teams to develop work plans including tasks, dependencies, and level of effort. The candidate will produce summary reports, identify issues and opportunities to make improvements and work with the team to deliver the project with high quality on a timely basis. The candidate will work with development managers to manage and optimize project resources. The Project Manager will represent the organization in multi-system approach definition meetings, document meeting outcomes, keep client organizations informed and engaged throughout the development cycle and manage the expectations of clients in line with the reality of deliverable dates. Must be a good team player / positive attitude / excellent communication skills.
