RTH- CA Clarity Custom Configuration and Interfaces
1. Build Interface from Oracle HR to Clarity to allow for single-solution resource loading
2. Build custom Portlet to allow visibility to remaining / allocated budget data by org structure objects
3. Build custom XOG model and file to migrate (ETL) existing SR and Spirit data to Clarity
4. Build custom workflow to facilitate the automation of the Humana Change Request Approval Process
5. Build Custom Reports for Project Setup / status / metrics (count to be established in Requirements Phase, but assumed estimated count to be not greater than 8-10 reports of moderate complexity.
Clarity Phase I Deliverables
1. Integration with Oracle (9i) HR, bi-directional BETWEEN Oracle to Clarity.
2. Migration of data (as specified by Humana) from SR system to Clarity
3. Migration of data (as specified by Humana) from Spirit system to Clarity
4. ETL (transformation) of data sets from both SR and Spirit to Clarity as common file
5. Integration between Clarity and Microsoft Project
6. Functional Setup of Clarity instance including:
. Project Object, including customization for inclusion of budget transaction records
. Resource Object
. Time Tracking
. Change Request object
. Custom workflow for Change Request Approval / schedule, budget, release management
. Reports and Portlets (to be defined in Requirements phase)
. Action Item object configuration central to specific objects noted herein
. Rate / Cost Matrices to support Project Financials
a) Clarity instance configured as above in a Humana development instance
b) Unit and System Testing of all configuration / customization
c) User Acceptance Testing Support
d) Issues Tracking / Management (no customization)
e) Risk Tracking / Management (no customization)
f) Deployment to Production Environment
g) Post-Turnover Support
Software Installation
Contractor will install the Clarity software suite on the equipment supplied, installed and tested by Humana IT. The contractor will work with Humana IT to ensure the software installation is complete, tested and burned in. All operator and user functionality and accessibility will be tested and the test results will be provided to the client.df-tc

Experience/Skills
5+ years of a thorough knowledge of Computer Associates (CA) Clarity Project Portfolio Management software package.
Thorough knowledge of Oracle
