Join our innovative team for the following position:

Our client in the Minneapolis area has an immediate need for a Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time and cost, and to deliver the specified requirements. In addition, the candidate should be able to assume responsibility for all phases of the PMLC including the design, planning, implementation and closure processes which include development of the scope of work and the management of time, risk, communications, human resources, contracts, and quality within internal and external projects. This position will lead and manage the Project Team, with the authority and responsibility to run the project on a day-to-day basis.

. ?Fully competent with all areas of project management
. ?Ability to teach/mentor others
. ?Consistently demonstrated ability to apply project management techniques and understanding of project management processes
. ?Effective communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
. ?Problem ownership: accepts ownership and responsibility for product delivery, responsible for related problem solving, identifies obstacles to progress and takes action, creative problem solver
. ?Ability to make difficult decisions to get the best results
. ?Proficient with risk and change management
. ?Customer oriented / focus and seeks out customer feedback
. ?Works effectively with resource management to gain and manage appropriate resources
. ?Ability to effectively manage teams to produce high-quality deliverables
. ?Ability to deal with environment and adapt accordingly

Required Skills:
. Bachelors Degree and 5 - 10 years of Project Management experience preferably within Manufacturing related projects
. Effectively manage large and medium size projects with varying complexities
. Manage multiple projects
. PMP preferred
