Berean Group is seeking a Project Manager



The ideal candidate will be responsible for proving R&E with a complete analysis of our current implementation plan for the Imedris system as well develop, manage and monitor a new implementation plan in accordance with the below stated milestones.

Phase I

System Analysis - shall include:
meet with all stakeholders and implementation groups
Clinical Trials
Grant Submission
IRB
Finance
review tasks completed to date for each group
develop and define what tasks are left to be done.



Phase II


The Contractor shall direct the project team in the implementation of the approved project plan as follows:

Application customizations and bug fixes:
Finance modules
IRB
Grant submissions
Clinical trials
Others as identified
Data migration/ Manipulations/integration/standardizations:
Standardize all System statuses and form dropdown lists
Identify and massaging data in preparation of data export and import
Clinical trial production data
Existing data in RMS database
Study Data
Budget data
IRB data
Others



System Report and Implementation Plan- shall include:
Meet with project team members to ascertain details of the remaining project activities (testing, training, documentation preparation, go-live activities, data migration activities, etc).
Prepare a detailed systems reports which defines current readiness of system based on our (R&E) requirements, tasks to be completed and deficiencies that need to be addressed to achieve system integrity
Gather length-of-effort estimates from the vendor development team
Develop a new project plan based on the system analysis and project requirements with detailed timelines and required personnel
