Description
The ideal candidate should have a strong team mentality, proven conceptual skills and experience developing the strategic creative direction of online advertising and promotional campaigns. The ability to present and defend the strategy, concept and creative execution is essential. Copywriter background preferred but we will also consider Art Directors Responsibilities:• Develop strategic direction for online advertising and promotional campaigns• Work with existing and prospective clients to assess needs and recognize opportunities• Work with creative team and account team to develop conceptual approaches• Direct the creative execution of online advertising and promotional campaigns• Interpret conventional advertising and promotional campaigns for onlineexecution• Copywriting and/or ability to provide direction to other copywriters• Active role in new business activities, client meetings and presentations

Experience/Skills
• 1-2 years experience developing online advertising and promotional campaigns• 2-3 years advertising and promotional copywriting experience • Strong knowledge of traditional online advertising formats• Strong knowledge of rich media ad formats (including PointRoll, Eyeblaster)• Working knowledge of social media principles and tools a plus.• Working knowledge of SEO/SEM practices and techniques a plus.• Working knowledge of Web analytics and tracking methodologies a plus.• Strong interest in emerging technologies and new media trends• Capable of performing well under tight time restrictions• Must be results oriented, able to take initiative and act independently
