ROLE: Sr. Project Manager - Student Lending Product - National Rollout.

DESCRIPTION:
The Student loan product is in beta mode currently (offered at 39 Credit Unions) and the plans are set for the National roll out (Several hundred CU's) through Q2 of next year. Looking for a Sr. Level PM that will lead the National Rollout - all workstreams (by functional group - IT, Ops, Loan Processing, Marketing, Sales, etc).

REQUIRES:
? Excellent Communication skills (Written / Verbal)
? Product rollout experience preferred (including Marketing / Sales , etc)
? Ability to lead, drive, and roll up multiple workstreams for executive reporting / status
? Process oriented / loose methodology currently, so need to sure up for future roll-outs
? Lending / Loan background is preferred.

Experience/Skills
o 4 yr college degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or Management Information Systems
o 8 years business operations, IT application development or equivalent professional experience
o Within the last 5 years:
o 5 years engagement experience managing large scale, complex projects with multiple dependencies ( >$2M budget with at least 15 concurrent project members)
o 4 years engagement experience on insurance industry related project(s) dealing with claims administration, customer relationship management or policy administration
o Experience facilitating the business through the assessment phase of a project including scope definition, high level requirement gathering, cost/benefit analysis development, etc.
o Experience using earned value management techniques for tracking and communicating project performance is desired.
o Experience gathering and presenting project progress and success metrics for executive level reporting
o Demonstrated superior knowledge of the entire Software Development Lifecycle
o Proven ability to lead a cross-functional, multi-location, multi-sourced project team
o Proven ability to clearly and effectively communicate business and technical information, both verbally and in writing
o Experience tracking and managing projects with MS Project Server
o Demonstrated expertise in navigating corporate culture and influencing executive level sponsors/stakeholders

PMP certification preferred
