Project ManagerLocations: Santa Monica,CAPosition description:The Project Manager will manage multiple information technology projects simultaneously, usually those that are large in scope with high complexity.S/he may perform any or all of the following duties: * Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of complex and cross-functional project oriented work efforts * Manage multiple IT projects simultaneously * Implement RAND project management methodology for Information Services and Technology to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations * Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers * Work closely with customers to achieve the goals of the enterprise. Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.Specific technical skills required: * Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools and understand HR policies and practices and change management techniques * Must have experience in a supervisory or project lead role * Proficient in project management methodology * Excellent written and verbal communications * Superior organizational skills * Thorough knowledge of computing hardware and software applications * Excellent customer service skills.
