Position : Project Manager
Start Date: 09/02/2008 Duration : 48.3 Weeks
Location : Minneapolis, MN
Term: W2 Contract Only


Note: Must Live 100% local to Minneapolis.

Must have demonstrated PM experience and leadership capability of a Level 1 Steady State Help Desk.



Weekend work Required : Unknown

Looking for a Project Manager to be the Single Point of Contact to customer for Level One Help Desk.



This includes holding status meetings, dealing with escalations, working with Customer Solutions Center (Cell Center), monitoring growth and accuracy of knowledge base, reporting, and other tasks to be identified in the SOW.



This PM needs to have very strong customer skills.



Previous experience managing Help Desks mandatory
