Project Manager Location: CHATSWORTH, CAJob Description:POSITION PURPOSE: *
  • Completes various installation projects. *
  • Acts as a liaison and facilitator for communication between the client and the department.RESPONSIBILITIES:*
  • Responsible for identifying appropriate resources needed to accomplish tasks and developing schedules to ensure timely project completion.*
  • Develops project plans for all installation activities.*
  • Interacts with internal and external business unit to smoothly administer plans.*
  • Responsible for effectively coordinating the activities of the team to meet project milestones.*
  • Responsible for monitoring progress, then updating clients and installation team on that progress.*
  • Responsible for resolving day-to-day operational problems and conflicts and recommends improvement where needed.*
  • Responsible for developing, maintaining or enhancing systems and programs according to client specifications.*
  • Assists in providing input/justification for project cost and budget impact.*
  • Facilitates and documents project meeting including agendas, meeting notes, and project deliverables.*
  • Participates in resolving project problems and issues, and makes recommendations to improve projects.*
  • Responsible for occasional installation projects as a direct responsibility.*
  • Completes other tasks as assigned.Essential Function:*
