  • We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead cross functional development teams and develop Analytical, Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence (BI) Applications for the Mortgage Industry.As Project Manager you will use your project management knowledge and strong leadership skills to perform the following:* Lead cross functional teams on a project-by-project basis* Coordinate the implementation of new back-end infrastructures and web site features and functions* Manage technical details, timelines and milestones effectively* Produce and execute detailed Gantt chart* Conduct technical feasibility, risk assessment, cost analysis and time to market estimate* Review and assist in the creation of requirements documents, functional specification documents, test plans and technical architecture diagrams* Assess feasibility and provide feedback to site simulation, page mock-ups and story boards* Oversee final quality control/assurance on project, reviewing accuracy of output and compliance with specifications* Communicate pertinent project details to all interested parties and escalate issues that threaten project goals and timelines to the proper representatives for resolutionRequired skills:* Minimum 4 years of project management or related experience.* Minimum 5 years experience of working in the Financial, Mortgage or Insurance industries.* Very good knowledge of Project Management Methodology such as SDLC or Agile* Ability to use project management tools such as MS Project and MS Office* Very good understanding of business processes, data processing and design methodologies.* Ability to conduct technical feasibility, risk assessment, cost analysis and time to market estimate.* Review and assist in the creation of requirements documents, functional specification documents, Technical Specifications, Test Plans and technical architecture diagrams.* Good technical and business skills, such as Database technology (Sybase, SQL Server, Oracle), ETL, business intelligence tools, Microstrategy, Web technology (HTML, Java, C/C ), Windows, Linux, Unix.* Excellent communication and leadership skills.* Ability to travel and work from two offices. One office located in Santa Ana and another office located in San Francisco (LoanPerformance division,http://www.loanperformance.com).% of Travel Required
