K-C’s IT organization is seeking a Project Manager on the Integrated Solutions Delivery (ISD) team located in Appleton, WI.

Responsibilities:

* Manage project scope; review and approve scope change requests (that exceed established project tolerance levels) and escalate to appropriate level of authority as necessary
* Manage project risk; ensure risks are anticipated and mitigation strategies and contingency plans are developed
* Ensure issues are managed and resolved; escalate to the appropriate level of authority when necessary
* Develop and manage workplans to ensure successful execution and timely delivery
* Review and report project progress including significant issues, schedule/budget/resource status and forecasts, risks and mitigation plans, and planned activities for the next time period including recommended corrective actions
* Manage internal project dependencies
* Collaborate with resource managers to ensure resources are properly allocated throughout the project

Basic Qualifications:
* A Bachelors degree with 7 years of relevant experience with demonstrated skills including subject matter expertise in project management tools and practices, or 9–11 or more years of applied experience with demonstrated project management skills.
* Ability to maintain a work schedule of up to 10% travel

Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success utilizing high level project management skills
