Candidate should have knowledge of Telecommunications infrastructure concepts, standards, design, and system architectures required - preference for wireless technologies (Motorola, Cisco, AirDefense) and SSL remote access technologies (RSA Authentication Manager, F5 Firepass). This positon has accountability for leading projects, work efforts and deliver on time, on budget and on scope.

Job Description:
Responsibilities include planning, managing, coordinating, implementing and delivering project solutions that meet business requirements. Manages project team and multiple outside vendors to ensure successful services delivery.
Consult with and develop technical resources for methods, procedures and standards and working with third-party vendors to implement final solution.

Experience/Skills
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in business, information technology or related field or equivalent experience.

At least four years IT work experience combined with at least three years experience managing infrastructure projects.

Prefer candidates who possess specific knowledge of Telecommunications infrastructure concepts, standards, design, and system architectures required - preference for wireless technologies (Motorola, Cisco, AirDefense) and SSL remote access technologies (RSA Authentication Manager, F5 Firepass).

Solid working knowledge of project planning and business need justification process and methodology. PMI Certification preferred.

Ability to use project management skills to manage projects and teams.

Ability to prioritize and plan within the project while ensuring all relevant factors and issues have been considered and resolved.

Ability to drive project implementation strategy and delivery plan.

Excellent communication and critical thinking skills required. Ability to adapt to change quickly.

Ability to influence and manage diverse cross-functional teams. Strong ability to perform diplomatic facilitation using sound negotiation skills and consensus building techniques.
