BASIC PURPOSE:
The Project Manager will lead integration projects, to ensure they are planned, executed, and delivered in a timely, quality fashion. The size, complexity, and strategic importance of these projects necessitate an experienced project management professional who is comfortable working on high-profile, fast-paced projects. Overall, superior leadership, issue resolution, risk management, and critical thinking skills are a must. Similarly, strong interpersonal skills are required to build relationships with internal functional groups.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
?? Build project plans that depict all necessary milestones, project tasks, the time needed for each task, the tasks??? dependencies, and associated resources needed.
?? Review project plans with department managers and team members to ensure their accuracy. Obtain management commitment for allocating project resources.
?? Track the team???s progress on project deliverables; ensure the team stays on schedule.
?? Gather cross-functional approvals for necessary deliverables.
?? Collaboratively work with resources across the organization to ensure they have what they need to be successful in their project roles.
?? Manage the delivery of End to End Technology deliverables for the project
?? Project a positive presence that sets the tone for the group???s success.
?? Ensure clear, timely, and effective project communications with stakeholders and the project team.
?? Effectively lead all project meetings with a professional leadership presence, including preparing agendas, keeping the participants on track, and recapping important decisions made and next steps.
?? Effectively write meeting minutes that capture key decisions made and action items.
?? Proactively identify project risks, working with the stakeholders and project team to implement mitigation strategies.
?? Actively work to resolve issues in a timely manner. Escalate critical project issues as appropriate.
?? Track and gain approval for scope changes, updating the project plan as needed.
?? Keep the project team and stakeholders up to date on the project???s status through weekly status reports and other project communications as appropriate.
?? Proactively identify opportunities for optimization and greater efficiencies throughout the delivery process based on project lessons learned.
?? Advanced analytic and organization skills.


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
?? Minimum undergraduate college degree. PMP certification preferred.
?? Minimum 5 years of project management and process improvement leadership experience.
?? Previous experience in Mortgage Banking or Financial Services a plus.
?? Excellent leadership, communication, relationship-building, critical thinking, business writing, and organizational skills required.
?? Advanced knowledge and practical experience with software development and/or infrastructure implementations.
?? Expert knowledge of SDLC and PMLC methodologies.
?? Advanced understanding of roles and responsibilities of development, business/systems analysis, architecture, quality management, infrastructure/operations and IT controls.
?? Excellent facilitation, problem resolution, negotiation, and team building skills.
?? Advanced written and verbal communication skills including persuasiveness, presentation skills, and ability to impart knowledge to others.
?? Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Internet Explorer, and Lotus Notesdf-tc
