?? Duties and assignments are the most complex and sophisticated.
?? Works on large projects that often include vendor management and impact IT systems/applications for a business unit or across the company.
?? Manages project scope, objectives, SDLC and PMLC deliverables and accountable for functional and technical documents and agreement/sign off between business and technology groups.
?? Develops detailed project plans, establishes milestones, and defines resource requirements.
?? Develops and manages project budget and reporting.
?? Leads status meetings, identifies project risk and mitigation strategies, communicates status and risk issues to stakeholders.
?? Interfaces with all levels of business and technical management and staff to facilitate problem resolution and resolution of competing priorities.
?? Manages the integration of project activities and information across project teams.
?? Directs the work of project team members, other technology groups and vendors and monitors resource allocations and takes corrective action.
?? Performs project assessment, critical path, dependencies and impact analysis and presents escalated issues and recommendations to executive management.
