Previous TelCom Experience
The NSS Project Manager, for client driven infrastructure projects, develops precise project plans, ensures communication and delivery of design criteria, critical milestone dates, resolves issues and barriers while leading a cross functional/organizational team. This position is also responsible for defining scope, managing timelines, and monitoring capital controls to ensure on-time delivery of network infrastructure to support client Mobilitys 7.2 Speed-up Program. This is a CAPITAL funded contract position with emphasis on Ethernet to the Cell Site (ETTCS) delivery.

Job Description:
As of July 2009, the NSS Mobility-Affiliate team is the responsible Business Unit/Project Manager for 294 projects spanning 727 Nodes, an increase of 34% from last year. There are a total of 7 current PMs in the team and with an estimated 1,500 cell sites to manage ETTCS completion to, the current team cannot successfully absorb this workload. The new OPT-E-MAN and IPAG platform, new technology deployment, new processes and system introductions will require the support of Project Managers that can work across network and operations functional teams to ensure customer deliverables are met.df-tc
