Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

The Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the implementation of products at a client's site.



Conduct a Project Assessment Visit at client site to prepare the client for the implementation, establish realistic expectations and define the scope for the project.



Analyze the client's business workflows and define the system to meet their needs.

Define and document specifications for file layouts, vertex templates, etc. and communicate the design to both the client and personnel.

Create a project schedule that meets the requirements of both the client and personnel.

Deliver a comprehensive Implementation Plan to the client that will serve as a guide and an official agreement on project scope.

Monitor the progress of the project.

Provide support to personnel during the development and configuration phase.

Provide internal quality assurance for all vertex templates, master file lookups and export files.

Plan, coordinate and direct on-site activities during the installation of the system.

Support client on-site during the kick-off of their testing phase .


Coordinate the resolution of testing issues.

Support client on-site during their implementation Go-Live.

Ensure a successful client transition from Implementation to Support.
