Must have comprehensive knowledge of Process improvement processes and methodologies. Comprehensive knowledge of Portfolio Management, Project Management, and Quality Assurance/System Development Life Cycle processes and methodologies. Excellent meeting, presentation, and group facilitation skills. Ability to champion and model excellent process, procedures and methodologies Ability to act as an internal consultant to facilitate assessments and process improvement recommendations. Ability to handle multiple large or critical tasks concurrently. Business analysis experience. Applied project management knowledge. Strong mentoring and training capabilities. Strong initiation, planning, and execution skills. Prior banking experience preferred.
