This company is currently in need of a Project Manager who is knowledgeable
and experienced with all phases of project life cycle in a software design
and implementation capacity. Complete

Description:
Fast-growing software company needs a technical Project Manager with a min.
of 5+ years formal project management experience of teams of 10+ people to
lead all phases of the project life cycle at client sites for development
and implementation of OO Web-based applications.

Must have a background in
Consulting and Insurance - auto, life or health. This includes managing the
activities of consultants at client sites as well as producing detailed
design docs, project scoping, planning and delivery. You will mentor other
team members, develop and manage project plans, produce detailed design
docs, and lead project delivery staff.

Must have led FULL LIFE CYCLE
development and implementation projects at external client sites. Big plus
is someone who has had a background in development/programming experience in
OO technologies. Excellent client skills a must. Four year degree required.

Must be willing to travel up to 60%. Business casual with bonus and stock
options.

Behavior Characteristics:
We are looking for PMs with large consulting company background such as the
Big 5, IBM, CSC, IBM, EDS, etc. that specialize in client delivery of web
based solutions.
