Description
This position is responsible for Program/Project management of primarily software development projects. It requires exceptional leadership skills and strong project management skills. Although a PMP certification is not required, it is desired. Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and project management methodologies is a must. This position will interact with all levels of management during the lifecycle of a project. They must be adept at planning, communication, tracking, control, and follow-up.

Job Duties:
Guides customer in identification of new technology request, their impact, and relative prioritization within the functional business unit. Coordinates initial systems project planning and prioritization with the business. Ensures business requirements are identified and facilitates their creation/documentation using a structured methodology. Coordinates creation of business cases with business units for prioritized efforts. Provides direction and coordination for the customer in moving project requests through the approval process and into the IT function. Actively participates in IT planning to insure business unit's business strategy is understood. Facilitates identification and resolution of technology problems brought forward by customer.

Undergraduate degree required or 8-10 years of increasing responsibility in related work experience
Prior experience managing budgets
