Experience/Skills
  • 3+ years of PM experience within a Federal or State government agency.

  • Technical management of projects leveraging .NET technologies.

  • Organizing and conducting JAD sessions with programmers and end users.

  • Proven deliverable development in all phases of SDLC, including Requirements, Design, Development, Testing and Production Support.

  • Ability to create logical and innovative solutions to complex problems.

  • 5+ years as an Oracle DBA
