Description
Project Manager will be charged with:

Working with technology management to establish quarterly, weekly, and daily goals for each group and employee.
Measuring and monitoring goal progress on a daily basis.
Documenting and tracking project milestones in Microsoft Project.
Maintaining all documentation for technology projects (product, marketing, and design documentation).

The candidate should also demonstrate:

Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
Good understanding of the required project outcomes and the technical work needed to produce the desired results.
Strong behavioral integration skills.
Ability to think proactively, rather than reactively.
Tenaciousness and perseverance.
Maintains high standards of performance for self and team as evidenced by quality of personal work and team outputs.
Communicates effectively and in a timely manner with all project stakeholders.
Assures team members have clear understanding of their roles and goals; assures accountability for their assignments.
Demonstrates good understanding of the business and economics of the project; makes sound business decisions, not just sound project decisions.

Experience/Skills
Seeking a senior level, hands-on professional with the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
2+ years of programming or related discipline.
5+ years of project management, preferably with Microsoft Project.
3+ years of people management (hiring, coaching, firing) experience.

In addition to skill sets, this individual should:

Not be averse to working fifty (50) hour weeks (a typical work day from 8:00 - 7:30 pm);
Be hands-on and capable of executing rapidly as an individual in addition to a manager;
Enjoy rapid change within a small, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture;
Have a superior business intellect in addition to a technical intellect.
