Offering time and attendance, scheduling and employee self-service functions to help complex organizations achieve a significant return-on-investment, rapid time-to-benefit, and dramatically increased employee productivity and satisfaction.

O3+ years of progressive consulting experience in a Professional Services organization with expert knowledge of consulting and implementation methodologies
OAbility to effectively consult with client project teams to develop detailed work breakdown structures, estimate resource requirements, structure client project teams, perform risk assessments, and assist with the development of project communication plans
OProven track record of problem-solving skills
OExcellent communication skills - written and verbal
OConsistent and positive can-do attitude
OAbility to work independently
OAbility to maintain client satisfaction
OTravel to client sites as required.
OIn-depth knowledge of Human Resource and Payroll Administration policies, guidelines, and workflow for mid-sized and large organizations
OFull life-cycle experience specifying, deploying and using enterprise-wide HRIS, payroll, and/or Time Attendance systems
OAn understanding of the technologies and architectures used for deploying web-based enterprise applications
OTechnically astute, including an understanding of Oracle and/or MS-SQL database concepts.

The following skills, behaviors, and experience are A REAL PLUS:
OHighly analytical with the ability to design solutions for very complex pay rule calculations
OExperience with the configuration of calculations and functionality, in a software product, using generic parameters
OAn understanding of web-based technologies such as JAVA, XML, WebLogic, etc. We are not looking for programmers, however an understanding is a real plus.
OAbility to quickly understand and assess the clients business processes, organizational dynamics and key business drivers
OIdentifies and shares new approaches to reduce project implementation timeline
OIdentifies and communicates potential project risks to CyberShift executive leadership with recommendations to mitigate risk
OConsummate professionalism and business etiquette
OUS CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED
