In addition to our corporate headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona, we have offices in Minneapolis, Los Angeles, New York City and San Jose, Costa Rica.We have an immediate need at one of our client sites in Anaheim, CA for a Business & Plan Analyst.This person will provide Microsoft Project scheduling support. This includes development, coordination and maintenance of program schedules in line with the program Work Breakdown Structure. Requires linkage of the detail IPT schedules to the Tier 1 overall program schedule. Task linking and critical path analysis is required.This is a $20 million dollar government project subbed by Northrop to develop mine detection capability installed on military helicopters. The project right now is currently comprised of 1500 to 2000 schedule lines. The Business and Plan Analyst will need to segment the schedule lines according to the IPTs (Integrated Product Teams) utilizing Microsoft Scheduling, incorporating task linking and critical path for the schedule lines. This person will be interacting heavily with the product teams and program managers so they need excellent communication skills. Someone with a defense contract background and scheduling expertise would be an ideal fit. (The IPT"s are teams responsible for the different phases of the project such as software engineering, Gimbal, processing, etc...)
