Experience/Skills
Is accountable for all activities assigned to the project team. Facilitate and monitor work efforts on a daily basis. Track project status and schedule and report to senior management. Develop project plans, risk management plans, and project documentation. Identify teamwork assignments. Communicate with all areas of the enterprise, including senior management and external parties that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort. Track key project milestones and adjust project plans and/or resources to meet customer needs. Facilitate the definition of business goals and the activities required to successfully meet those goals.

Ensure that the design and integration of proposed process, system, software, and hardware solutions lead to the development and growth of the business. Identify, evaluate, and quantify all cost and benefit factors associated with process changes and/or technology investments under consideration. Function as a lead consultant in identifying system issues related to business process improvements. Assist technical and customer departments in the development of the systems. Gain an understanding of the big picture, direction of the various business units, and facilitate the transfer of this understanding to other areas within the I/S organization. Work on highly complex projects that require in depth knowledge across multiple business areas and technical areas. Lead the planning and prioritization of business process reengineering-related activities. All work could be performed by the consultant, or by less seasoned staff under the consultant's leadership
