Description
Agile1 currently seeks to fill a full-time Project Scheudler position for it's client in Florida. The position offers competitive pay and good benefits. Please email your resume for immediate and confidential consideration.

Develop and maintain process methodologies (project templates)
Architect project plans from project templates (or file imports)
Web-Publish project schedules and reports
Support 30+ projects (10+ PMs), initial set-up, updating, rescheduling, and baselining of complex, multi-year schedules.
Collect team feedback and update project plans
Quality control and health check of existing schedules.
Use SDK (Software Development Kit) to automate repetitive tasks and interface with other applications.
Build and maintain custom layouts, reports, portfolios, etc.
Manage custom interfaces to external databases and tools (Oracle, MS Access, MS Excel)
Develop custom training curriculums (process and tools)
Train user groups (hands-on highly preferred)
Update / administer resources, costs, calendars, etc.
Coordinate resolution of application issues with central EPM team


The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in scheduling complex, infrastructure and software development projects
Strong communication & customer service skills
Expert knowledge of TeamPlay Product Suite: Project Manager, Portfolio Analyst, Methodology Manager, TeamPlayer, Primavision
In-depth knowledge of Project Management concepts and techniques
Experience with MS-Project 2000
Strong programming skills: VBS, VBA, ASP, and HTML.
PMP certification
Primavera/TeamPlay certification
