Description
Project Superintendent. Position Summary: Conduct and control job site in accordance with SAB standards. On- site supervision and scheduling of sub- contractors and suppliers; enforcement of job site procedures, safety concerns and quality control issues; organize subcontractor and client on- site meetings. Experience: minimum five years of on- site commercial construction supervision. Duties/Responsibilities: Job site mobilization and site security, Job daily log book, Job plans review/schedule, monthly schedule updates, review all shop drawings and submittals, Maintain subcontractor insurance certificates, coordinate all required inspections, prepare written punch list for each subcontractor prior to certificate of occupancy, assist in obtaining permits.
