Description
Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated is looking for a Project Support candidate to fill a customer requirement in Groton, CT. This is a position through July 2007 with the likelihood of extension. ? Metrology Support Staff o Review documentation pertinent to Instrument Lifecycle o Coordinate shipping of instruments and calibration standards o Coordinate vendors to supply on-site service for ?one off? instrumentation ? Get price quotes and open PO in Ariba ? Host the vendor while on-site o Enter/Verify data into Calibration Manager o Generate and distribute monthly PM/Calibration schedule o Weekly changing of refrigerator charts ? Observations for deviations ? open investigations ? Track and trend data o Coordinate investigations due to instrument calibration failures o Monthly monitoring of water purification systems o Data filing and archiving o Assist laboratory scientists with life-cycle questions and issues No 3rd party vendors.

Requirements:

Experience: 1-3 Years project office Education: High School Diploma/A-Level equivalent Desired: Technical Skills & Knowledge: Software Development Lifecycle Microsoft Office Microsoft Project Industry/Sector Skills & Knowledge: Pharmaceutical Industry Experiencedf-tc
