I am looking for BA's and senior level BA's. The difference would be the years of experience and relevant work experience in P&C with some Claims. As we discussed, I would like candidates that are skilled in all area of the project development life cycle and have experience on large, multi-year project initiatives. The candidates need to be able to travel but I can be flexible on amount of travel time required.
