Description

Business Intelligence, data warehousing , Enterprise systems, data mapping (legacy to data warehouse). Will be dealing with high level management. Requires knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field (Property/Casualty Insurance Underwriting Applications) and the ability to review, analyze and evaluate business systems and strategies. Performs detailed preparation and descriptions of user needs, program functions and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. The individual must have knowledge of and experience with conflict resolution and problem solving. The role requires the ability to use limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals while performing a variety of tasks under general supervision. BA in computer science, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline with an information technology focus or equivalent, related project management experience. One or more years working with property/casualty insurance systems; other insurance exposure such as personal lines insurance is a plus and/or technology solutions. 6 years of progressive broad-based information systems and business experience; experience in software engineering involving development and testing of applications is highly desirable; one or more years working in a client server environment.
