Description
Leading telecom network carrier is looking for Technical Proposal Writer to work in the Washington DC area. The candidate will have an in depth knowledge of secure data networks, IP protocols, security policies and procedures, and general data networking topologies. He/she will work with Sales, Legal, Marketing, and Engineering/Technical organizations to prepare organized proposals for competitive Federal Government contracts; Perform proposal analysis, deliver network designs in determining competitive approach and resulting product profitability using professional concepts and company policies and practices.; Successful Candidates will possess BA/BS and 6-7 years experience. Strong network optimization analysis and ability to coordinal and prioritize multiple tasks.




Background Check, Credit Check, and Drug Test required.



Candidates must be available to work immediately within the United States. Proven written and verbal communication skills are required.
