Description
Serve as ACS liaison to provider community and State Medicaid Area Offices. Provide on-site training for all newly enrolled providers and as-needed refresher training of providers. Assist providers in resolving claim processing issues. Work with Area Medicaid Offices to implement Medicaid billing/policy changes. Assist Area Medicaid Offices in resolving provider issues. Support Area Medicaid Office training programs for providers. This includes public presentations and participation in symposiums and workgroups. Promote the use of electronic claims submission by providers. Represent ACS/Medicaid at local/regional and professional association meetings. Assist unenrolled providers with Medicaid Enrollment process.df-tc
