Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Hospital Information Systems Site Leader to join our team in Delray Beach, FL.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Serve as IT Director and hospital Information Security Officer
  • Oversight for IT operations in support of the hospital which includes infrastructure and application support for clinical environment
  • Customer relationship management responsibilities
  • Manage in a leveraged/matrix organization which is composed of infrastructure, application, and clinical support teams on and off site resources
  • Responsible for executive level interaction and strategic planning, across IT domains
  • Balance of tactical and strategic responsibilities as well as financial management expectations
  • Ownership of the relationship between Perot Systems and the hospital, including managing scope of existing services and identification of new business opportunities
  • Liaison between departments and hospital administration, Corporate IS, and Perot Systems regional management

    Required Skills:
  • 5 years leadership experience
  • 3 years acute care hospital experience, or equivalent experience supporting acute care hospitals.
  • Working knowledge of clinical systems and supporting IT functions.
  • Working knowledge of infrastructure trends and capabilities
  • Customer relationship management with C-Level executives.
  • Experience managing a large organization (10+ employees)
  • High-degree of professionalism and ability to appropriately respond in a fast-paced, demanding environment

    Desired Skills:
  • Direct experience leading a multi-level IT organization supporting multiple hospital facilities in a centralized IT operating model.
  • Experience with McKesson and/or Cerner Clinical applications.

    Minimum Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree
